High-tech Innovation Valley project was recently completed and put into use in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone.

The project, which started in October, 2020, was built on a vacant plot that was previously home to four old factories.

High-tech Innovation Valley was built as a creative industrial park and a new-generation science and technology innovation community in the zone.

It consists of five buildings with a total construction area of 48,000 square meters, including 32,900 sq m for industrial use, and 15,100 sq m for new parking lots and supporting facilities.

High-tech Innovation Valley focuses on strategic emerging industries such as new-generation information technology, big data, energy conservation and environmental protection, and new energy.

Shanghai Longcheer Technology, VariFlight Technology and other enterprises' offices have been established in High-tech Innovation Valley.

The operation rate of the park is now about 70 percent and the overall operation rate of the project will reach more than 95 percent by the end of this year.

The annual output value of enterprises in the park is expected to reach 700 million yuan ($103.51 million), generating a tax revenue of more than 35 million yuan.
