Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone held the "Approach New Retail" meeting for companies in the zone looking to promote their products at the Three Sheep Network Company on May 13.

Nine companies including iFlytek, Zepp Health and Kiwi Biotech attended the meeting. They introduced their company and products during the promotional event. The Three Sheep Network Company also introduced new retail forms such as e-commerce live broadcasts to the companies.

"New Retail" refers to the integration, or interlinking, of online and offline shopping using modern technologies, data and customer engagement techniques.

This meeting was held to promote cooperation between companies in the zone and prepare for the zone's "New Retail" activities such as online promotion events. It is the first event focusing on product docking under the zone's Liantong Gaoxin campaign, which was launched for easing the difficulties that businesses are facing during the recent COVID-19 outbreaks in China.

According to the zone's economic and trade bureau, a series of themed activities under the Liantong Gaoxin campaign that focus on industries, products, technology, finance, and talent docking are currently being held until June on a weekly basis.
