Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone recently issued several policies for easing the difficulties that businesses are facing during the recent COVID-19 outbreaks in China.

The policies were formulated in order to boost the confidence of enterprises in the zone, reduce enterprises' burdens, assist them in fighting the epidemic, and support and promote their development.

According to the policies, subsidies will be issued for ensuring the logistics supply chain's operation, for enterprises to stabilize and expand employment, for enterprises' purchases of anti-epidemic products and nucleic acid testing fees, and for enterprises who reached contracts through the zone's Liantong Gaoxin Enterprise Service Platform.

Rent exemptions and deductions, as well as increased government financial guaranty and assistance to export firms, are all part of the supportive policies.

The implementation period of the policies is from April 1 to June 30.
