The first special service window for cultivating high-tech enterprises in Anhui province was opened on Jan 10 in Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone where most of the province's high-tech enterprises are located.

The window is set up at the zone's government service center and is next to the market regulation window. It provides consulting services for sci-tech enterprises in the zone to help them become high-tech enterprises.

One-on-one professional services will also be provided for those enterprises that are looking to apply for becoming high-tech enterprises and want to learn more about high-tech enterprises-related policies.

The zone's government has rolled out a slew of innovative policies, many of which are Anhui's first, to cultivate high-tech enterprises. In 2021, the number of new high-tech enterprises in the zone exceeded 400, bringing the total number of high-tech enterprises in the zone to nearly 2,000.
