The CAS (Hefei) Institute of Technology Innovation Co Ltd is a research institute that develops its own technologies, as well as an incubator that promotes the commercialization of sci-tech achievements.

It was launched by the municipal government of Hefei and Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2014.

The company covers 430 mu (28.67 hectares) in the core area of the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province.

It has been fostering key technologies and leading companies in the three major areas: digital economy, health and new materials.

Boasting outstanding performance in commercializing sci-tech results, talent introduction and market-based compensation system building, the company has been recognized as a pioneer in innovative reform by the province and the country.
