Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province, is set to launch a campaign to attract talents from home and abroad, according to the personnel affairs bureau of the zone.
The bureau plans to organize enterprises in the zone to hold recruitment activities in more than 30 first-class universities across China and to hold online job fairs for overseas talents.
As the job hunting season approaches, the bureau has collected local enterprises' recruitment needs and contacted universities.
To date, nearly 200 enterprises have signed up, providing more than 7,000 job posts related to industries like artificial intelligence, biomedicine, and integrated circuits.
According to the bureau, applicants and employers can also communicate via the zone's online recruitment platform, which integrates job post information, online job fairs, and interviews.
The local government has organized such recruitment campaigns for 12 consecutive years, covering over 30 universities in more than 10 cities in China and helping introduce about 24,000 university graduates to the zone.
