Hefei-based company CFMEE (Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co Ltd) was listed on the Nasdaq-like STAR Market (Science and Technology Innovation Board) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 1.

It became the first photolithographic equipment maker in China to be listed.

Established in 2015, CFMEE is located in the integrated circuits (IC) industrial base of the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone.

It specializes in the R&D and production of direct imaging equipment and direct writing lithography equipment, with micro-nano direct writing lithography serving as the company's core technology.

According to the company, it has obtained more than 150 technical patents, established a foreign expert workshop and a provincial-level post-doctoral scientific research workstation, and won many national, provincial, and municipal-level awards.
