A delegation led by Thomas Triller, deputy consul general of Germany in Shanghai, visited the Sino-German Innovation Center at Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone in Hefei, Anhui province, on March 29.
This is the first time this year that an official German representative has visited the zone. The delegation also includes Jan Jovy, general manager of German-Sino Chamber of Commerce, and Robert Herzner from Germany Trade & Invest.
The Sino-German Innovation Center was built to strengthen cooperation on technological research, implementation of joint projects, personnel training and exchange between the two countries.
At a meeting with the representatives of the center, Triller and Jovy said the center can be a good choice for German enterprises looking to develop abroad, and that they will work with the center to promote international business cooperation with Anhui.
