The administrative committee of the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone and Hefei-based leading AI company iFlytek signed an agreement to deepen cooperation on Jan 6.

The two sides will work together to promote the innovative development of the local artificial intelligence industry, develop iFlytek into a world-leading AI company, and form a new-generation information technology industrial cluster in the zone.

During the signing ceremony, the two sides reflected on their cooperation history. Since the signing of their first cooperation agreement in 2018, they have made achievements in industrial space, attracting talent, and brand building.

Located in the China Speech Valley, an AI industrial park located in the zone, iFlytek has been playing an important role in local AI development.

Song Daojun, director of the administrative committee of the zone, said that deepening cooperation is mutually beneficial and that the zone will provide more support for iFlytek's development.
