The Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone signed a talent cooperation agreement with Yangpu district in Shanghai, Ningbo in Zhejiang province, and Changzhou in Jiangsu province on Nov 13.

The four areas, all of which are located in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region, hope to facilitate integrated development in the region, a national key strategy, in matters related to talent.

According to the agreement, all sides will formulate mutually beneficial policies related to the assessment of talent and talent services, jointly hold innovation and entrepreneurship competitions for high-level talent, and share high-quality resources and platforms to improve talent training.

During the signing ceremony, the first seminar for high-level talent in YRD was launched. Training activities for the seminar will be held in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang respectively on four different weekends.

High-level talent from 10 enterprises in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone participated in the seminar. The zone will hold training activities from Nov 27 to 28.
