Construction began on 11 projects worth nearly 1.8 billion yuan ($270.96 million) at the Huoqiu Modern Industrial Park in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone on Oct 17.

The projects involved electronic information, equipment manufacturing, auto parts, home appliances, and more.

The Huoqiu Modern Industrial Park is bringing in industries from throughout the Yangtze River Delta regionF and has introduced a number of high-quality projects with a focus on home appliances, photoelectric lighting, new energy, new materials, and more.
