Origin Quantum, the Chinese leading quantum computing enterprise, recently entered the finals of the Airbus Quantum Computing Challenge along with four overseas competitors.

European aircraft maker Airbus launched the challenge in an attempt to uncover the most cutting-edge quantum computing solutions for key problems in the aerospace industry and transform the way aircraft are manufactured.

Origin Quantum was invited to participate in the competition at the beginning of last year. It will conduct scientific research on computational fluid dynamics and work to provide solutions for aircraft design and optimization.

The results of the challenge are expected to be unveiled at the end of this year.
