Hefei Kewell Power System Co Ltd, a high-tech enterprise that manufactures test power supplies and systems, was listed on Shanghai's Nasdaq-like STAR market on Sept 10.

It is the first enterprise in the test power supply industry in China to be listed on the STAR market and the third enterprise in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone to be listed on the market this year.

Established in the zone in 2011, Kewell Power specializes in the R&D of advanced power supply solutions and production of testing equipment for new energy power generation, electric vehicles, fuel cells, and power devices.

Its products have been recognized by a number of domestic and foreign well-known enterprises such as Huawei, SMA and BYD, attracting many orders from home and abroad.

According to the company, money raised from the listing will be used to develop products applicable in more areas and will help it become a world-leading supplier of accurate and convenient testing equipment.
