The Hefei technology transfer public service platform was unveiled during a press conference hosted by the administrative committee of Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone on Aug 28.

The platform will help connect technology providers, those in need of new technology, and professional service institutions in Hefei, bringing together enterprises, universities and research institutes to push forward the innovation, application and commercialization of advanced technologies.

Seven units signed cooperation agreements with the platform during the conference, including the Institute of Advanced Technology of the University of Science and Technology of China, the Hefei Institute of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei University of Technology, Anhui University, Anhui Medical University, the National Technology Transfer Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the Hefei Innovation Research Institute of Wuhan University.
