Several enterprises in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone ranked highly on the 2020 lists of the top 100 private enterprises in Anhui province, which were released on Aug 13.

The three lists ranked the top 100 private enterprises in terms of revenue, manufacturing and service fields respectively. Among them, the threshold for the revenue list reached 3.61 billion yuan ($519.49 million), an increase of 16.64 percent from last year.

A total of 914 private enterprises valued at over 200 million yuan participated in the evaluation.

Victoria Sky Express and Sungrow Power Supply Co Ltd in the zone ranked top 20 on the revenue list. The top 100 enterprises on the list recorded 991.42 billion yuan in total revenue, an increase of 25.79 year-on-year.

Tongwei Solar, Sungrow Power Supply Co Ltd, Midea, HVAC, Huami Technolgy and Midea Washing Machine in the zone ranked top 20 on the manufacturing industry list. Victoria Sky Express, iFlytek and Guozhen Group in the zone ranked top 20 on the service industry list.

An analysis report based on the list was also unveiled, pointing out that Anhui's private sector has seen a steady growth over the last year, and enterprises on the lists showed trends of expanding their businesses and increasing their innovation capability.
