Hefei-based tech firm Woyi Tech responded promptly to Anhui's recent flood disaster by rapidly developing a cloud-based platform for use on the flooding front line.

The dam patrol command and dispatch platform, created in just two days, can remotely arrange all patrol personnel with the assistance of GIS mapping, use 4G/5G to transmit live broadcasts from the scene to the command center, and give warnings when patrol personnel are away from designated routes.

It has been used in cities such as Fuyang, Anqing and Tongling for local emergency flood rescue work.
