Song Lihua, chairman of Anhui Anke Biotechnology Group, is committed to solving issues in the biopharmaceutical field.
He was admitted to the plant protection major at Anhui Agricultural University in 1977 and obtained a master's degree in plant virology in 1984. After receiving an EMBA from Tsinghua University, he went on to study at the University of Minnesota in the USA, where he obtained a PhD in management.
Song returned to China in 1990 and carried out a number of important scientific research projects. He has developed a series of cell and genetic engineering products of international quality.
Song later led the Anhui Institute of Biology, a national research institute, in the founding of Anhui Anke Biotechnology Group in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone.
Anhui Anke Biotechnology Group is a private joint-stock enterprise with approval from the Anhui Provincial People's Government. It is one of China's first companies to be listed on the GEM, one of the national demonstration enterprises for technological innovation, and one of the key high-tech enterprises included in the China Torch Program.
It has a research center for precision medicine in tumor treatment and is also equipped with a provincial technology center and a postdoctoral scientific research workstation.
The precision medical industry chain of Anhui Anke Biotechnology Group has finally begun to take shape after years of development, making it one of the largest, most profitable high-tech biopharmaceutical enterprises in China.
