The second phase of the Zhong'an Chuanggu Technology Park project, a home to innovators and entrepreneurs, will begin construction in the Hefei National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
The design plan of the park has been making since February, 2018 and was recently approved by the Land and Space Planning Committee of Hefei.
According to the approval, the second-phase project is located to the west of Huolongdi Road, north of Wangjiang West Road, east of Kongquetai Road, and south of Yunfei Road.
With a total investment of 2.88 billion yuan, it will cover an area of 19.27 hectares with a floor area ratio of 1.82 and 35 percent of green coverage.
The new project will include incubators, corporate headquarters, conference centers, ancillary businesses, sports centers and talent apartments.
The construction will continue to aim at domestic first-class and international high standards, echoing the building group form and ecological gardening space layout of the first phase of the project, focusing on improving building products and the ecological environment, while considering compatibility with the city.
Innovation and entrepreneurship projects will enjoy all-round services in the technology park where incubation resources and venture capital meet. The first phase of the park has been basically completed.
Regarded as an important role to support innovative development and lead industrial upgrading, the whole project is under the charge of Anhui Zhong'an Chuanggu Technology Park Company, which is jointly created by Anhui Investment Group and Hefei High-tech Group.
The whole technology park is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Wangjiang West Road and Fangxing Avenue in the Hefei National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
With a total investment of about 5.3 billion yuan, it is expected to cover an area of 40 hectares of which the building area is 990,000 square meters.
