Hefei Chip Foundation Micro Electronics Equipment Co, the only domestic laser direct-writing lithography equipment manufacturer, won the second prize in the final of the 8th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Anhui division) on Aug 29.

During the contest, the company introduced its 130-nanometer lithography equipment, which is crucial to the production of large-scale integrated circuits. The equipment has already been adopted by the 11th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.

The company, located in Anhui Integrated Circuit Industrial Park in Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone, has developed more than 100 core patented technologies, leading to its recognition as a national high-tech enterprise.
