Anhui Qingsong Foods won the only team championship at the 6th Contest for Chinese Fermented Dim Sum in Changsha on Aug 10.

A team of staff members from the company were recognized for their cooking expertise and exquisite design, beating off rivals from Russia, the Netherlands and South Korea.

Situated in Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone, Anhui Qingsong Foods is a national demonstration enterprise for staple food processing and is developing products related to nutrition and health.

The final round of the fermented dim sum contest was attended by 29 individuals and 30 teams from home and abroad and aimed to promote traditional cuisine and the development of related industries.
