Global Chinese to play badminton at Hefei Championship

The 9th Global Chinese Youth Badminton Championship will be held from Aug 22 to 25 in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, according to a news conference on Aug 8.
Launched in 2001 by both sides of the Straits, the championship has developed into the largest badminton event with the most ethnic Chinese participants.
This year, the event consists of men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles in eight age groups.
