A group of over 40 press-photographers went on a photography trip at Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone on Nov 1.

As a series of photography competitions were held in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up, the photography trip aimed to showcase the latest achievements of the development zone during the past 40 years.

These photographers visited several landmarks in the zone, such as China Speech Valley, Wangzui Lake and Hefei Gaoxin Innovation Experimental Primary School to capture the beauty of the area through their lens.

The photography competition, that started its solicitation to the public in August, has received a total of 2,000 pieces of works. The results of the competition will come out soon as the solicitation will end on Nov 15.
