The 2nd Youth Study Tour "Magic School Bus" commenced at the Hefei International High-tech Industry Development Zone in Anhui province on Oct 13. 

The opening ceremony started with a dance performed by robots and music performance played by the intelligent piano. The event aimed to arouse students' interest in science and technology and broaden their horizons. 

Approximately 100 students and parents visited the zone and had a close look at the latest technological and innovative achievements, such as UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and rail traffic intelligent equipment. 

Two other scientific activities were expected to open on Oct 20 and 27 when the "Magic School Bus" would take more students and parents to visit renowned enterprises, such as China Speech Valley and Nuwacell Ltd. 

Everyone who participated in the "Magic School Bus" event were also encouraged to participate in the science popularization speech contest on Nov 3 and 4.
