Located in the Nangang Science Park, Anhui International Women and Children Medical Center is close to Changjiang West Road and a station of metro line 2, providing convenient transportation. The construction of the hospital started in January 2016 and is due to be completed in November 2018. Covering an area of 7 hectares, it has 200,000-sq m for construction. Its total investment volume surpasses one billion yuan ($145.8 million). With 1,500 beds, the hospital will become the largest maternal and child health hospital in China. Equipped with advanced facilities, it has an emergency medical building, a health checkup building, a women and children medical center, an international maternity medical center, an infection clinic, an administrative research center and a logistics support center.
