Hefei International Talent City is located on the 1st-3rd floors, Area B, Building G3, second phase of the Innovation Industrial Park in the intersection of Innovation Avenue and Wangjiang West Road, in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, East China’s Anhui province. 

It is towards the west of the world-class Yangtze River Delta city cluster, with a convenient high-speed railway network and two metro lines (L2 and L4) running through the Talent City. 

It’s about a 30-minute drive from the Xinqiao Airport and 2 km away from Hefei Passenger Bus Station. It is also surrounded by Dongpu Reservoir and Dashushan National Forest Park.

Hefei International Talent City is a comprehensive platform featuring display, service, exchange and entrepreneurship for government, enterprises, social organizations and professionals and is planned to be built into an integrated talent service functional area.

The total floorage of the three-floor Hefei International Talent City is 4,000 square meters.

The Exhibition Hall of the International Talent City is on the first floor, where the achievements of talent affairs and the development of environment are displayed.

The Service Center of the International Talent City on the second floor provides high-end professionals with talent identification, project declaration, policy consultation, foreigner's work permit in China, as well as exit-entry services.

The Entrepreneurship Incubation (Training) Area is on the third floor. It houses office facilities, entrepreneurship platform and a lecture hall, all of which make this an ideal place for enterprises to host conferences and training programs.
