The high-tech zone also breaks the regional barriers and attracts talents from colleges and universities outside the province. Since 2010, in order to meet the growing demand for talents in high-tech zones and broaden the channels for talent introduction, the high-tech zone began to take group recruitment to attract talents from key universities outside the province. Over the past eight years, the administrators of the high-tech zone have held more than 70 special job fairs in Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi’an, Chengdu, Tianjin, Harbin in order to firmly implement the development strategy of the high-tech zone for talents and follow the development direction of the leading industries.
Now the high-tech zone has fostered and expanded the influence of its brand of “Jianghuai Silicon Valley and School Talent Introduction”. More than 7,000 employees have been introduced in over 180 enterprises, such as iFlytek, CSG Smart Science & Technology Co, Whirlpool Corporation and Hefei Meyer Optoelectronic Technology INC, which have brought vitality to the enterprises and optimized the talent structure of the enterprises.
