The firm was founded in 1989 and was one of the first State-owned law firms in China. At that time it was called Anhui Hefei Huanchang Law Firm; it was renamed Anhui Jinghe Law Firm in 2000 when it was became a partnership firm.

The firm’s fixed assets are valued at 10 million yuan ($1.46 million). It has 24 practicing lawyers, nine apprentice lawyers and six assistants and administrative support staff. It is composed of five departments responsible for the businesses of project investment and financing and securities, real estate and construction, civil and commercial law and criminal law, as well as litigation and arbitration. 

Based on its rich experience and strong practice skills the firm provides services for State-owned and private enterprises, as well as government departments in terms of mergers and acquisitions, risk management, bankruptcy recombinations, bidding and tendering, legal consultations, tax and labor.
