Anhui Keyuan Innovation Center was invested by Anhui High Technology Industry Investment Co and Anhui Kechuang Investment Management Consulting Co. It is operated by Anhui Keyuan Industry Development Co. 

It is the first high-tech incubator sponsored by a company and operated as an enterprise in the province. With a 10,220 sq m intelligent office building and 8,000 sq m experts' apartment building as well as advanced supporting facilities. It is well-equipped and offers various incubation services.

The center mainly serves high-tech projects or small and medium-sized firms in industries such as information technology, biological engineering, new medicine, new materials and optic-mechanical integration. It also provides funding and intermediary services.
