Those individuals or entities either from home or abroad who succeeded in introducing a project with an investment of more than 1 million RMB will be rewarded in accordance of the following provisions:

1. 5‰ of the actual arrival of the fund for productive projects in industry, industrialization of hi-tech achievements and large-scale production of agricultural projects.  

2. 3‰ of the actual arrival of the fund for public operational facilities such as education, public health, culture, tourism and sports undertakings.
