According to officials of the WHDZ health bureau, the development zone will establish a Chegu Health Talent Fund, with 20 million yuan in the next five years.

The selected Chegu doctors will be awarded up to 500,000 yuan each and can apply for medical project funding of up to 2 million yuan.

The leading doctors in communities (townships) can receive a total of 72,000 yuan in personal subsidies for three years, as well as apply for a medical project grant of up to 100,000 yuan.
