Wuhan Housing Provident Fund Center is to streamline its business processes -- including housing provident fund withdrawals and withholding loan repayment authorizations -- starting on Dec 30, according to a report in the Changjiang Daily.
Customers can search the address of the nearest business handling branch on the official website for the housing provident fund center.
The review and accounting procedures for withdrawal business can be completed at the provident fund center and the funds can be checked immediately.
The materials needed by customers will also be simplified, with only valid identity documents, a Class I bank debit card of the customer and relevant withdrawal certificates needed.
Customers can also register on the official website of the housing provident fund center to handle the authorization business.
