7th Anshun Huangguoshu Beer Festival kicks off in Guizhou

The 7th Anshun Huangguoshu Beer Festival kicked off on July 28 at the Huangguoshu Scenic Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province. The festival promised a rich and exciting lineup of events, mouthwatering and unique cuisine, and a vibrant display of ethnic culture. It will last until Oct 10.

This year's festival is set to be the most awe-inspiring, diverse, and creative event to be held at the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. It featured a variety of captivating activities:

Event 1: Professional Chinese snooker tour

A five-day professional Chinese snooker tour will be held from Aug 1 to 5. International snooker stars like Stephen Hendry, Judd Trump, Kyren Wilson and Mark Allen, as well as famous Chinese players, will be invited to participate.

Event 2: Huangguoshu crayfish festival

The Huangguoshu crayfish festival is scheduled from Aug 14 to 22, pairing the picturesque beauty of the Huangguoshu Scenic Area with fine wine and exquisite cuisine.

Event 3: Sugar·SWEET Music Festival

The highly anticipated Sugar·SWEET Music Festival will take place from Aug 18 to 19. Famous singers such as Pu Shu and Wang Sulong, along with renowned bands, will grace the stage at the Huangguoshu Scenic Area.

Event 4: Super electronic music festival

From Aug 25 to 27, 12 world-renowned DJs will be invited to entertain visitors.

Event 5: Huangguoshu e-sports tournament

An e-sports tournament will be held in early September. It will be an opportunity for e-sports enthusiasts to explore gaming and experience the allure of e-sports in the cool embrace of the Huangguoshu Scenic Area.
