Guizhou boosts autumn and winter tourism

Southwest China's Guizhou province launched a tourism activity on Sept 9 in its capital of Guiyang. The activity aims to attract more tourists in autumn and winter.

From Sept 15 to March 1, 2022, people around the world will enjoy ticket discounts for national A-level scenic spots and the Guiyang tourism association's hot springs.

They can book and purchase tickets with their ID cards, household registration booklets, exit-entry permits, or passports on the WeChat applet "一码游贵州" (travel in Guizhou with one QR code).

Guizhou also released 10 tourism routes themed around history, science, health, leisure, food, culture, specialties, and rural and urban scenery.

Guizhou's cities and prefectures will also offer tourism coupons and discounts on scenic spot tickets, accommodation, and tourism products.
