Linktel Technologies Co – a listed company based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) – recently announced the inauguration of its new industrial park in the Wuhan Future City. The company will reportedly move to the park very soon.
Founded in 2011, Linktel Tech is a globally renowned optical transceiver developer and manufacturer. Consistently adhering to strategies of independent innovation and differentiated competition, it possesses a series of key technologies in optoelectronic chip integration and holds 168 domestic and overseas patents. It currently has nearly 1,000 employees.
Linktel Tech's new industrial park is a multi-functional space integrating modern offices, digitalized production, advanced labs and supporting facilities for employees. The first phase of the project involves a total area of 88,000 square meters, including 30,000 sq m of workshops and about 2,000 sq m of R&D labs.
The design concept for the office building in the park is inspired by crystals. The primary component of a crystal is silicon dioxide, whose atomic arrangement is remarkably balanced and stable. Crystals possess impressive energy storage capabilities and directional radiation characteristics, making them the best material for manufacturing optical fibers. They are crucial to the optical communication industry that Linktel Tech is involved in.
From the outside, the overall design of the building resembles a diamond, symbolizing the company's ambition to become a shining star in its field. The office building features large glass curtain walls, which maximize natural light, creating a bright and transparent working environment while also conserving energy and reducing emissions.
