The Art Center of the Hubei Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Chuanqi Cultural Industrial Park were unveiled in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) on April 8.

As two regional cultural landmarks, they will become pivotal provincial culture clusters and incubators, as well as essential platforms for art exchanges and exhibitions.

The Art Center of the Hubei Federation of Literary and Art Circles is located on the fourth floor of the No 1 Building of the industrial park, with an exhibition area of 1,184 square meters. It was jointly built by the Hubei Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Hubei Jingu Chuanqi Media Co.

The Chuanqi Cultural Industrial Park is a major project supported by the General Administration of Press and Publication, and is a recommended press and publication project that is funded by the central government for cultural industry development. So far, it has reached strategic collaboration agreements with several Wuhan universities.

On the same day, a provincial calligraphy and seal carving exhibition launched in OVC, and will last until April 21.
