Recently, the new building of the German R&D center of Proteintech, a company based in East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC), was officially put into use. Located in Martinsried, Germany, the building will be engaged in the development of the human blood protein nanobody array program and other research and development work.

In 2020, Proteintech Group acquired the German company Chromotek, which specializes in the development and production of innovative nanobody reagents. With the relocation to the new building, the company will provide a larger platform and channels for the development and sales of its products.
