Gaoxin Avenue – the axis of the Optics Valley Sci-tech Innovation Corridor in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) – now has its own 360-degree VR panoramic and interactive map.

Through the application of drones for aerial photography and panorama generation technologies, the map captures the surroundings, resource distribution and other information related to the avenue, making it more convenient for individuals seeking entertainment and corporations doing businesses in the avenue.
The avenue, designed for industrial, transport, and many other purposes, intersects with Guanshan Avenue, Guanggu Fifth Road, and Zuoling Avenue, and connects the central urban areas of Wuhan, Ezhou, Huangshi and Huanggang.
The avenue, with its minimal traffic 10 years ago, has become a two-way 14-lane road, along which about 100 leading enterprises in China, including Xiaomi and BGI, have been established.
