Preferential policies and strong academic atmosphere
Wuhan has issued relevant policies to break limits inflicted by nationalities, household systems and other regional barriers, allowing more graduates to directly apply for medium-grade or deputy senior professional titles.
As one of China's top three cities in terms of higher education, Wuhan boasts 92 universities and colleges and 1.3 million on-campus undergraduates and ranks highly in terms of total number of talents.
Wuhan is also among the most advanced cities in China to ease household restrictions for talent from outside the city. Its success in household reforms has been recognized and promoted nationwide.
