III. Accelerate the construction and development of maker spaces

Maker spaces to settle in East Lake High-tech Development Zone -- also known as the Optics Valley of China in Central China's Wuhan city -- will get subsidies and rewards in rent for public venues, performances, facilities and activities, as well as international cooperation support and settlement supports.

IV. Gazelle enterprises identification and cultivation measures in Optics Valley

Gazelle enterprises to settle in Optics Valley will get subsidies in consultation, talent cultivations, exchanges between national renowned enterprises and loans.

V. Identification of high-tech enterprises　　　

Each company that passes identification for the first time will be rewarded with 50,000 yuan ($7,740); each company that has been certified for three years and passed re-identification will be rewarded with 30,000 yuan; while each company that has submitted identification application materials but has not passed the review will receive a subsidy of 10,000 yuan.

Intermediary agencies that help 10 or more enterprises in the zone to pass the identification each year will be rewarded 2,000 yuan each.
