Abstract:

The related authorities should comprehensively deepen the reform of poverty alleviation and development in rural areas, innovate poverty alleviation mechanisms, and implement targeted poverty alleviation.

1. Adopt the belief of "conducting overall poverty alleviation" and carry it out in different areas.

2. Coordinate development between urban and rural areas and accelerate industrialization and urbanization.

3. Innovate the examination and approval mechanism for poverty alleviation projects and enhance the project pertinence.

4. Improve poverty alleviation and relief management.

5. Innovative poverty alleviation assessment and evaluation mechanism.

6. Innovate ways of cultural poverty alleviation and improve the quality of the masses in disadvantaged areas.
