1. Further strengthen the responsibility of enterprises in the protection of rights and interests about work injury.

2. Further improve the work injury insurance system based on the characteristics of the construction industry.

3. Further strengthen the management of construction safety production.

4. Further enhance the enforcement of law on the protection of rights on work injury.

5. Further improve to implement remuneration of the work injury insurance.

6. Further vigorously promote the modernization of the construction industry.

7. Further establish and improve the coordination mechanism for safeguarding the rights and interests of those who suffer work injury.
