The date Dec 13 should be marked as the National Memorial Day. On this day of each year, the state leaders and people from all walks of life and international friends (including foreign dignitaries) should participate in the memorial events for the Nanjing Massacre victims held at its site, which should be fixed by law or regulations. That is to remind the world the country’s people never forget the history.
