Abstract:

To promote the implementation of the "action plan for the scientific literacy of the whole people" as a national act, it must be incorporated into the long-term planning and overall strategy of the national economic and social development, especially the development of science and technology. The country's strong and sustained promotion can help to effectively conduct the social mobilization and mobilize social resources, and integrate the strength of the government, society, and individuals to jointly promote the improvement of the scientific quality of the whole people. Thus, we propose to include the action plan into the national long-term scientific and technological development plan and implement it as a major special project effectively and comprehensively.
