Proposers: ten CPPCC National Committee members including Ma Guoliang

Content: 

1. We suggest the central government hold a meeting with relevant departments and experts to specify the time of the beginning of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

2. We propose to add the contributions of the Northeast United Resistance Army during the war into the history of the People's Liberation Army. We propose to build an exhibition area about the war at the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution, and tell the stories to the following generations of how the Communist Party of China fought against Japanese invaders and to describe the achievements of the Northeast United Resistance Army.
