Abstract: 

1. Articles about protection of private properties in the Constitution should be revised to ensure justice and equality of law by specifying that socialist public property and legal private property are both protected. 

2. According to the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, laws and regulations that are not helpful for the development of non-public sectors of the economy should be deleted. A private property protection law should be formulated as soon as possible to protect people's rights in private property.
