Legislation for protecting children and young people should be separate from women or youth protection laws. We suggest that the Legislative Affairs Bureau of the State Council assist departments concerned in drafting a law on the protection of children and teenagers as soon as possible. This is an extremely important piece of legislation, which should in particular protect children and teenagers from harmful content in films and videos.
