Content: 

1. We suggest that the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress revise and pass the food safety law as soon as possible and that the State Council issue detailed rules for implementation. 

2. Provide financial support for the enforcement of the food safety law by including it in the budget of the State Council, Ministry of Finance and local financial departments. Allocate funds to the monitoring agencies wherever possible for purchasing the basic monitoring and testing equipment. 

3. Train nutrition and food safety professionals.
