The Constitution sets out the fundamental principles of the country and the code of conduct for people of all ethnic groups. The national legal system is being optimized. Laws are now in place and we must abide by them.

We suggest that the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress designate the date on which the Constitution came into force as the Constitution Day. This day is an opportunity to educate people of all ethnic groups about the socialist legal system and publicize the importance of abiding by the law. On the Constitution Day, law-themed events and study sessions should be organized nationwide in accordance with Article 32 of the Constitution. Inspections can also be scheduled to ensure that people are acting according to the law.
