Over the years, the Beijing Economic and Technology Development Area has managed to meet the diverse housing needs of talents, in order to lure high-level professionals.

1. International Talent Community

The project aims to construct a compound community spanning 1 million square meters that resembles overseas living environments and provides a sense of belonging for international talents.

The project offers various options such as family-oriented buildings, apartments and villas to cater to different preferences.

It also includes public facilities like central green parks, a nine-year education school with 36 classes, an international kindergarten with 12 classes, a senior care center, a community lounge, a cultural exchange center, and a unique international commercial street.

These facilities have improved the level of support services for international talents.

2. International Talent Apartments

The project offers various apartment services, including a 24/7 bilingual concierge presence, intelligent security management, life assistance services and consultation and assistance with talent policies.

The apartments are equipped with leisure and entertainment spaces, talent lounges, 5G-equipped meeting rooms, and exclusive fitness centers.

These facilities are designed to create a comfortable living environment akin to overseas standards, ensuring convenience in the daily lives of talents and shaping a high-quality living scenario.

3. Public Rental Housing for Talents

(1) Family-oriented rental housing.

This category targets talent families without housing in the area. Housing is allocated to companies involved in encouraged industries, and is then allocated to the families of their employees.

(2) Dormitory-style rental housing.

This category addresses the housing needs of individuals such as single industrial workers or newly employed college graduates.

(3) Apartment-style rental housing.

This category focuses on creating trendy apartments for single white-collar workers and key employees. These apartments are fully furnished and equipped, allowing occupants to move in without extra preparation. It aims to retain high-level talents by providing comfortable and enjoyable living environments.

4. Talent Assurance Rental Housing

This category encompasses housing products tailored for talents based on the actual industrial environment and diverse housing needs of talents in different industries, which injects new momentum into the industries in the area by ensuring suitable spaces, complete facilities, and rich functionalities for talents.

5. Joint Ownership Housing

This category focuses on the demand for property purchase, and favors employees of registered enterprises above designated size and key industries in the region. This initiative helps improve the area's talent attraction and retention.
