Five new commercial complexes are scheduled to open in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong province, in the second half of 2026 and early 2027, expanding local retail, dining and leisure options for residents.
Parkside Mall, a redeveloped retail complex at the heart of the Gongbei border area in Zhuhai, a city in South China’s Guangdong province, drew more than 2.54 million visitors in the first month of operation, achieving a total revenue exceeding 100 million yuan ($14.7 million).
Zhuhai Port Plaza in Xiangzhou district is a vast, one-stop shopping destination that offers shopping, dining, leisure, culture, entertainment, tourism, and transportation.
The Zhuhai UT Place was the first commercial complex in the old Xiangzhou area. It has a total floor area of approximately 140,000 square meters and a business area of around 70,000 square meters.
Zhuhai Unipark is the second city-level complex invested, constructed, and operated by China Overseas Real Estate in Zhuhai. It is also the second commercial complex in Zhuhai after Fuhuali.
